Mr. Gisle Jentoft has worked with the SuperOffice Group since 1992, starting as Director of Marketing. In 1994, he moved to Germany to establish the German subsidiary of SuperOffice. He returned to SuperOffice AS in Oslo as Managing Director in 1996. His current responsibility covers all international business and product marketing activities. Prior to joing SuperOffice, Mr. Jentoft worked for a major Norwegian supplier of Apple MacInstosh solutions. Mr. Jentoft has a business degree from Texas Christian University and Handelsakademiet in Oslo. |

Mr. Nielsen has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry. Before he joined SuperOffice as CPO in 1997, he worked for Cient AS, a subsidiary of the international system integrator Getronics. During his five years at Cinet, he was responsible for development and implementation of Notes and ERP solutions. From 1984 to 1991, Mr. Nielsen was Managing Director of Norsk Programvare AS. Mr. Nielsen has a business degree from Handelshøyskolen BI.

Mr. Ole Erlend Vormeland joined SuperOffice in 2006. Before he joined SuperOffice he was Director in Price Waterhouse & Coopers Transaction Services in Oslo. From 1991 to 2000 he worked in the oil and gas business for TOTAL Norge AS. During his nine years at TOTAL Norge AS he was amongst others, Head of Accounting & Control Section. Mr. Vormeland has a B.A. with Honours degree in Business Studies from University of Stirling, Scotland.

Corporate Governance
SuperOffice AS is committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
The Board of Directors of SuperOffice ASA has adopted a set of Principles of Corporate Governance. These principles have been developed in light of the guidelines for Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance.
SuperOffice AS views the development of high standards of corporate governance as a continuous process and will continue to focus on improving the level of corporate governance. SuperOffice AS is dedicated to a set of values, which guides the way we develop our products, as well as interact with our customers, partners, and investors.
A key concept in SuperOffice AS's approach to corporate governance is the equal treatment of shareholders. All shares in the company carry equal voting rights and are freely transferable. The shareholders exercise the highest authority in the company through the General Meeting. All shareholders are entitled to submit items to the agenda, meet, speak, and vote at the General Meeting.
In order to clearly define the tasks and responsibilities of its Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer, SuperOffice has recently adopted Rules of Procedure for its Board of Directors and written Instructions for its Chief Executive Officer.
