The Challenge

4D Contract Flooring is an English timber flooring company situated in London. They mainly cater to large contractors and shop-fitters in schools, universities, pubs, and restaurants.

The main challenges for 4D Contract Flooring were collating information and managing sales from a diary point of view. They were also looking for a CRM system for their telemarketing campaigns.
