CRM Data Security

When implementing a CRM solution, which will contain business critical information, security and user access levels are frequently discussed. As CRM solutions are implemented at all levels of the company, across business units and also in different geographical regions, the need for filtering information is evident.

 

In order to address these needs, SuperOffice offers templates which make it easy for the administrator to select the desired access control to the system. User levels 0-5 offer the default settings for every role from the administrator to the read only user. For selected users you may also grant the rights to have confidential information within the system.

 

Some organizations want more sophisticated ways of handling access rights. In the SuperOffice Expander platform the general tool for making this is available on our entire range of servers. 3rd party solutions to use these mechanisms have been developed and you will find a couple of examples in the download list. This will give the user virtual unlimited opportunities to create their own levels of access control.
