For the 6th quarter in a row, SuperOffice ASA shows growth in revenues and profitability. The positive development continues and for Q2/04 the company reached revenues of MNOK 54,9 (48,5) with and EBIT of MNOK 10,4 (5,8). This represents a revenue growth of 13,1% and an EBIT improvement of 80% compared to the same period last year. Pre-tax profit for Q2/04 was MNOK 10,9 (4,6). For 1H/04 total revenues were MNOK 110,7 (98,5) with an EBIT of MNOK 21,6 (12,4). Pre-tax profit for 1H/04 was MNOK 22,1 (11,6).
The company’s equity is MNOK 91,2. The cash balance is MNOK 100,7.
The company is very satisfied with the development in Q2/04. All subsidiaries except Benelux show a growth in total revenues and in licenses sold. The company’s cash balance is increased by MNOK 55,8 compared to the same period last year.
In Q2/04, the company reached growth in all key business areas compared to the same period in 2003. License revenues increased by 12,9, maintenance revenues by 14,2% and revenues from services by 20,4% compared to Q2/03.
SuperOffice ASA has during the 6 last quarters showed a positive development in both revenues and profit. Costs are under control and expectations for the coming quarters are relatively positive. As mentioned earlier the market is improving even though customers are somewhat reluctant to sign new contracts. In the coming quarters the company will continue to work towards growth in revenues as well as profit.
