Final agreement with Team Brendel

After a final due diligence, a final agreement is made with the sellers of Team Brendel AG. SuperOffice has agreed to pay CHF 3.158.000 (MNOK 16,7) for 100% of the shares of Team Brendel AG.

In addition comes a limited earn-out element for the years 2005, 2006 and 2007.
