With SuperOffice CRM, First Securities will provide a common access to customers, relationships, projects and documents. The solution will be set-up with a rights-based structure which satisfies regulations set forth by the Norwegian Credit Authorities and the Oslo Stock Exchange related to restricting access to corporate finance project information. The goal of the project is to coordinate all customer-oriented contacts, activities and messages in a more professional manner and to improve customer relationships.
As part of the project, First Securities is also establishing a new Intranet solution which will be integrated with the SuperOffice CRM solution. The Intranet will be used as an internal communication- and information platform. EPiServer from the Swedish company Elektropost was chosen as the content management system for the Intranet.
The overall goals of the combined solution are to reach more effective information sharing, initiating and fulfilling targeted actions towards customers.
The scope of the project includes 123 users on SuperOffice CRM which will be implemented by the Norwegian system integration partner Making Waves.
