Approved voluntary offer

Oslo Børs has approved SuperInvest AS´voluntary offer to acquire issued and outstanding shares in SuperOffice ASA.

The offer is NOK 31.00 per share with settlement in cash.

The offer period is from and including 29 August 2008 to and including 12 September 2008 at 17:30 (CET).

Arctiv Securities ASA is SuperInvest AS´financial advisor and receiving agent.
