The user can dial directly from SuperOffice to Skype users, landline phones or mobile phones (via Skype Out). The solution also works with Skype Groups.
The solution is named Columbus Engage and is developed by Columbus CRM Partner. Columbus Engage with Skype VoIP integration is Skype certified and can easily be installed by a SuperOffice CRM Administrator through an online web routine.
