Versatel AG chooses SuperOffice CRM

SuperOffice GmbH has entered into a contract to deliver SuperOffice CRM to Versatel AG in Germany. SuperOffice will be implemented in the business market sales team and will be used in the pre-sales phase.
The solution will be covering sales force automation, forecasting and controlling processes.
 
As part of the project, SuperOffice will be integrated with Remedy (covering the after sales process), a billing system and Exchange.
 
The contract has a value of EUR 375.000, with EUR 217.000 in licenses.
 
Versatel AG is one of the leading suppliers of Language-, Internet- and Data-services to private and business market customers in the Germany. With revenues of EUR 666 million in 2006, Versatel is the third largest German supplier of Telecom infrastructure. At the end of 2006 the company had more than 600.000 customer and 1380 employees. Versatel is since April 2007 a publicly traded company.
