For Q2/08, SuperOffice delivered a turnover of MNOK 85,5 (MNOK 75,7). The operating result before depreciation (EBITDA) for the quarter ended at MNOK 16,9 (MNOK 16,6). The operating result (EBIT) ended at MNOK 15,0 (MNOK 15,5). 63% of the turnover in Q2/08 was generated from units outside of Norway. The development in company’s main markets vary somewhat for Q2/08 isolated, Norway, Germany and Switzerland had a positive development. The two units in Sweden, together with the operations in Denmark, delivered weaker results than expected.

SuperOffice continues the focus on development of its own products, and has during the first half year strengthened the development department further. The international version of SuperOffice eJournal is introduced to certain customers, and the market acceptance has been positive.

For 1H/08 (first half year 2008) the turnover ended at MNOK 168,5 (MNOK 151,8). EBITDA amounts to MNOK 34,9 (MNOK 34,1). The operating result (EBIT) ended at MNOK 31,2 (MNOK 32,0). The net result for the first half year amounts to MNOK 23,6 (MNOK 27,8).

The net cash flow from operating activities ended in Q2/08 at MNOK -38,3 (MNOK -24,5), and for the first half year 2008 MNOK 98,2 (MNOK 87,9).

The company’s financial position is strong.
