SuperOffice, Europe’s leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software provider, wins PC World’s “Best in Test” for the 3rd time . This year’s test focused on web based CRM, and the SuperOffice product, SuperOffice CRM Online, achieved top score.
“We are of course very proud to win this test again. We invest substantial resources in developing our software, and with SuperOffice 7 we have set a new standard for CRM solutions,” states Development Director, Guttorm Nielsen.
“Cloud solutions, also called Saas, are solutions for those who don’t want to make large investments in software, or those who don’t want or have their own IT department. Cloud solutions give small to medium size companies the possibility of using CRM solutions without having to make large investments.”
PC World says: “SuperOffice’s goal is to be the leading CRM software provider in Europe, and it seems like they already have reached that goal.”
"For many, SuperOffice is synonymous with CRM, and nobody will challenge that they have copied there user interface. The user interface is quite unique, and many users can’t work with another system after having used SuperOffice. The user interface has many details without appearing overloaded or cluttered. SuperOffice’s goal is that no function is more than two clicks away.”
“SuperOffice is investing heavily in the CRM Online cloud platform, and has established an international sales team based in Oslo. During a short period, more than 700 companies started to use the solution in Europe. Our next milestone is to reach 5000 Online customers. Our cloud solution is a strategic and important part of the SuperOffice product portfolio,” says Gisle Jentoft, CEO.
