Reading the shift: Direct stayed the largest channel but lost share as Paid Search and Cross-network scaled up. Overall engagement rate dipped slightly as these lower-engagement channels grew faster than the base — but key events nearly doubled, so the extra traffic is converting.

Danish webinar content is the strongest conversion driver this month: the "Struktur og datakvalitet med CRM" and "Sådan bliver du SuperOffice-kunde" webinars together brought in 22 first-touch contacts – more than any single demo page, including the Norwegian demo page (14) and the COM multi-step demo (7).

Local-language demo pages continue to outperform COM equivalents: NO, SE, DE and BLX demo pages combined for 29 contacts, roughly four times the COM multi-step demo alone. This backs a continued push on localised demo experiences over a single English flagship page.

Only 98 of the 1,197 contacts created this month (8%) have a recorded first-conversion event – the rest entered without submitting a form (e.g. via import, manual creation, or an integration). Worth checking whether more of those entry points could be tagged for attribution.

Insight

Tagged contact creation grew markedly month over month: 99 contacts with a recorded first conversion in August vs. 68 in July, a 46% increase.

DK is the standout: from just 4 contacts in July to 23 in August (+475%), driven entirely by the two Danish webinars covered in section A. NO and DE also grew steadily (+91% and +60%).

COM fell sharply, from 28 contacts in July to 17 in August (-39%) – the multi-step demo page that drove July's COM volume converted far fewer contacts this month, reinforcing the section A finding that localised pages are carrying more of the load.

Insight

New contacts created in August submitted 107 forms between them – slightly more submissions than contacts with a first-conversion event (98), meaning a small number of contacts filled in more than one form after their initial conversion.

By market, DK saw the sharpest rise in submissions – from 4 in July to 28 in August, now the single largest market by volume, ahead of NO and COM (21 each). DE also grew steadily (12 → 19). COM held flat in absolute submissions (28 → 21) but lost its top spot as DK and localised pages picked up the slack.

This figure counts submissions tied to contacts created in August. It won't match HubSpot's native "Forms submission total" dashboard exactly, since that report also counts submissions from contacts created in earlier months. Treat this as a new-contact-acquisition view of form activity, not a like-for-like replacement for the dashboard total.
