Which plan do you recommend I subscribe to?
You get a lot of flexibility with the user plans. Choose the best plan based on your role and the needs of your team. For example, you can choose to start with Standard and then upgrade later. Or,if you're already in sales, start with the Sales plan. It's all up to you and the job that you do.
Is training included in the price?
We offer a lot of resources to help you get up and running fast. Access online eLearning to get a quick overview of the key functionality in the system. You can also get access to a lot of other online resources through our community site. If you're looking for classroom training or private sessions, please contact us.

How long is the free trial?
The free trial runs for 30 days from the day you log into SuperOffice CRM . Seven days before the free trial is over, we'll send you an email reminder to let you know that your free trial is about to end.
Am I billed monthly or annually?
You can choose between different billing periods. The billing periods are once a month, every 3 months, every 6 months or annually. The prices listed on our website are the prices for annual payment.
How long is the contract?
The contract period is for 12 months. After the first 12 months, you are automatically renewed for another billing period, according to your chosen billing period.
Can I add or change user plans later on?
Yes, you can add plans for more people, reduce plans or change plans at any time by contacting us.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, there are no hidden costs. The price stated on this web site is the list price for each user plan, including web support, online eLearning tool in the software and access to our customer community (prices are excluding VAT).
How does the free trial work?
Once we've received the completed free trial form, we'll give you a quick call to walk you through the set-up process and give you access to your 30 day free trial.
Do I need to install any software?
SuperOffice CRM Online is a hosted cloud service (software as a service). After you log in, you will be asked to install a SuperOffice plugin, called WebTools for document and email integration. That´s all.
