Partners and apps are a part of the SuperOffice ecosystem. This section outlines how we ensure that all apps in our App Store are tested and certified for quality, security and SuperOffice CRM Online API Compliance.

SuperOffice App Store Quality Assurance

All applications available on the SuperOffice App Store are tested and certified for quality, security and SuperOffice CRM Online API Compliance. The tests cover the following areas:

  • SuperOffice CRM Online Authentication Policies and Compliance
  • SuperOffice API Compliance
  • Performance tests
  • Load and balancing
  • Security

All third-party applications have access to customer data through the SuperOffice APIs. SuperOffice has signed a Sub Data Processing Agreement with each of the App Store partners to secure their handling of data. In addition, App Store partners must sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) directly with the customer as part of their agreement.
