Reading the shift: Direct stayed the largest channel but lost share as Paid Search and Cross-network scaled up. Overall engagement rate dipped slightly as these lower-engagement channels grew faster than the base — but key events nearly doubled, so the extra traffic is converting.

Insight

Danish webinar content is the strongest conversion driver this month: the "Struktur og datakvalitet med CRM" and "Sådan bliver du SuperOffice-kunde" webinars together brought in 22 first-touch contacts – more than any single demo page, including the Norwegian demo page (14) and the COM multi-step demo (7).

Local-language demo pages continue to outperform COM equivalents: NO, SE, DE and BLX demo pages combined for 29 contacts, roughly four times the COM multi-step demo alone. This backs a continued push on localised demo experiences over a single English flagship page.

Only 98 of the 1,197 contacts created this month (8%) have a recorded first-conversion event – the rest entered without submitting a form (e.g. via import, manual creation, or an integration). Worth checking whether more of those entry points could be tagged for attribution.

B. New visitor session totals by day, with source breakdown

Last 30 days vs. previous 30 days · Website Traffic Analytics

Data not pulled

Not available through the connected HubSpot tools

This report lives in HubSpot's native Traffic Analytics dashboard, which isn't exposed through the connected HubSpot integration (only CRM records, campaign attribution, and page/blog content analytics are queryable that way).

To complete this section, export or screenshot the following from HubSpot and share it back:

  • Reports → Website Analytics → Sessions, filtered to 1–31 August 2026
  • Daily breakdown by traffic source (Direct, Paid search, Organic search, etc.)
  • Comparison toggle set to "previous 30 days"

C. Form overview

Last month vs. previous month · Marketing → Forms → Analyze

Data not pulled

Not available through the connected HubSpot tools

The Forms → Analyze overview (views, submissions, conversion rate with a month-over-month comparison) is a native HubSpot dashboard widget that the connected integration doesn't expose directly.

To complete this section, export or screenshot the following from HubSpot and share it back:

  • Marketing → Forms → Analyze → Form overview, set to "Last month"
  • Comparison toggle set to "previous month"
  • The three headline metrics: form views, submissions, conversion rate

Insight

New contacts created in August submitted 107 forms between them – slightly more submissions than contacts with a first-conversion event (98), meaning a small number of contacts filled in more than one form after their initial conversion.

This figure counts submissions tied to contacts created in August. It won't match HubSpot's native "Forms submission total" dashboard exactly, since that report also counts submissions from contacts created in earlier months. Treat this as a new-contact-acquisition view of form activity, not a like-for-like replacement for the dashboard total.
