Our Early Career Program lasts for five months, and you will be fast tracked, starting as an Associate Account Manager and graduating into an Account Manager. You will receive your own portfolio of customers plus the tools and techniques you need to build strong customer relationships. You will learn and develop together with the rest of the Early Career Crew from around Europe. You will also learn from experienced Account Managers in your country location.
The first two months of the program consist of immersive training and team building including in-person sessions, virtual sessions, and local on-the-job training. The last three months will be about taking on more responsibility and putting your learning into practice.
The program has been designed to cover five main areas of learning. You will start by gaining a SuperOffice foundation and will learn all about our history, our strategy, how we are organized and how we work. Then, you will move on to learn the ins and outs of our amazing SuperOffice software solution and how we help customers solve their challenges and run more successful businesses. You will be trained in our sales methodology and get a chance to sharpen your presentation skills. Throughout the program, you will complete various challenges to put what you have learned into practice. At the end of the program, you will give a final presentation to showcase all that you have learned, enjoy a graduation ceremony, and be promoted to Account Manager.
