Every SuperOffice plan includes the full CRM; sales, marketing and service tools, plus AI features, built-in GDPR compliance and European data residency. You don't need separate modules for different teams. The plan you choose determines the depth of features and AI capabilities available to your organisation.
SuperOffice is priced per user per month, but most customers choose annual billing. Each plan also includes usage allowances for various capabilities, like marketing emails, resolved service requests, data storage, and more, based on the number of users on your account. If you go beyond your allowance, you can purchase additional capacity.
Some advanced capabilities, like the number of active projects or marketing flows, are plan-specific: reaching a plan's limit means upgrading to the next plan to unlock more.
For most scaling businesses, the Growth plan is where things really come together. It includes sales targets and forecasting, lead management, web forms, live chat, SLA-based service management, custom dashboards and ERP integration. It also has AI tools for data quality, insights and content. It's designed for teams that have outgrown the basics and want to run a more structured, automated operation across sales, marketing and service.
Some capabilities, like marketing emails, resolved service requests and storage, come with an annual usage allowance included in your plan. Your allowance scales with the number of users on your account, so the more users you have, the more you get. If you go beyond your allowance, you easily subscribe to additional usage.
AI credits work the same way, they scale with your number of users and the allowance is per month.

AI is built into every plan, so there's no separate AI subscription. The AI features available to your team depend on which plan you're on, with more advanced capabilities unlocking as you move up. AI actions run on credits, which scale with the number of users on your account and renew every month. Additional credits can be purchased if needed.
AI credits are your team's monthly balance for AI-powered actions inside SuperOffice. Your credit allowance increases with the number of users on your account and renews automatically each month. If you need more, additional credits can be purchased at any time.
The Starter plan supports up to 5 users and covers the core CRM basics: contact management, deal tracking, service requests, email campaigns, and built-in GDPR tools. For teams of 6 or more, the Core plan and above have no user limit.
No, all users need to be on the same plan. If your needs change as your team expands, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
You can choose between different billing periods. The billing periods are once a month, every 3 months, every 6 months or annually. Annual billing is the most popular. The prices listed on our website are the prices for annual billing period.

Yes, every plan includes access to the SuperOffice Help Center, in-product documentation, and web-based support. Dedicated onboarding, implementation and training with our CRM experts are available as separate service packages.

A small number of capabilities sit outside the laid out plans as paid add-ons, including DataBridge, Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), Field Service, Development Sandbox, Lyyti event management, SuperNotes AI meeting assistant and premium support. Yes, GDPR compliance is built into every plan. SuperOffice stores your data in European data centres, so your data never leaves the region. The platform is governed by ISO certifications and regular security audits.
