One system, not five

Structure changes outcomes

Manufacturers without a structured approach are nearly twice as likely to have missed a warning sign on a customer. They're almost twice as likely to spend four or more hours a week searching for information.

Stat pair: 87.5% of structured manufacturers feel confident in their view of top accounts, against 39.4% of everyone else.

What you'll learn
  • How Custom Objects let you model machines, contracts and service cases in one record
  • How FieldService takes a service request from the customer to a signed report
  • What comes standard in SuperOffice, and what needs a partner or a custom build
The tools already exist. What's missing is the discipline to use them well.

The webinar shows how one system keeps customer history, machines and service in one place. Three steps to start: audit where customer information lives, give every key account a named owner, and review account health regularly before a customer has to tell you something is wrong.

Who is this for?

Sales and service leaders at manufacturing and machine-building companies in Europe, including sales managers, commercial leaders, and service managers.

Speakers
  • Mikael Månsson is a Product Manager at SuperOffice. He tracks market needs and competitors in the global CRM market and builds product roadmaps.

  • Pär Pettersson is co-founder and CSO Design/UX at i-Centrum AB, a SuperOffice company, and owns FieldService.
