At SuperOffice, relationships come first. And sometimes, they light up an entire building.
Celebrating a beloved tradition that brings colleagues, families, and our community together each December .
Every December, our headquarters behind the Palace Park in Oslo, Norway, turns into something a little unexpected: a full-scale advent calendar. It’s a tradition we began in 2020, and one that has become a clear reflection of how we like to do things: together, and always with people at the center.
This year, more than 200 colleagues, families, and partners joined us for a festive gathering. Det Norske Jentekor set the tone with beautiful Christmas carols, and the wife of our late founder, Une Amundsen, together with her grandchild, revealed window number 1. Our CEO, Lars Engbork, reflected on what this tradition and house mean for SuperOffice: where our history, our community, and what we’re building next come together. He marked 2025 as a foundation-year, driven by strong customer momentum and a record-high attendee rate for our European flagship event, CHANGE. And with our new rebrand and positioning now live, he framed it as more than a fresh look – it’s a signal that we’re moving faster and bolder on our way to becoming Europe’s most loved CRM.
The rest of the occasion was pure holiday joy filled with warm churros, hot chocolate, and many engaging conversations.

A yearly reminder of why relationships matter
SuperOffice believes in the ethos that strong relationships lead to better business outcomes. For us, “relationships matter” isn’t a tagline; it’s something we practice. The Calendar House is a living symbol of that belief: a moment each year where colleagues, families, and partners come together. A simple tradition, reflecting the future we’re shaping: open, people-first, and with personal connection.
What happens outside our office that evening says a lot about what happens with us internally at SuperOffice. We build products that help companies create stronger customer relationships, and we try to live those values ourselves. Opening the Calendar House might be a small tradition, but it’s become one of our favorites. It brings people closer, sparks curiosity, and reminds us why meaningful connections matter.
