The end of the year is traditionally the time when we review what we’ve done and achieved – the highs and the lows of the year gone by.
It’s also the time to set new goals (aka new year’s resolutions) for the coming year.
People often call this time “magical” because it gives us an opportunity to hit the “reset button” and make a promise to do something differently in the new year. ✨
Naturally, we decided to ask a handful of our busy top managers at SuperOffice what achievements they were proud of in 2022, and what goals they have set for themselves and their teams in 2023.
And here is what they had to say:

I am very proud that we welcomed more than 200 new customers to our cloud offering in 2022. I am also very impressed by the fact that more than 2,000 existing customers have expanded their SuperOffice CRM solution in 2022.
Although the competition is tough, these two achievements show that SuperOffice CRM, the App Store partner solutions, our professional go-to-market team, and our partners deliver highly competitive business cases and value to our customers.
2023: My new year resolution is that we all should continue our good work and make sure that our product – SuperOffice CRM – brings even bigger value to our customers in 2023.

This has truly been an eventful year for me personally and for SuperOffice!
In 2022, we welcomed several new citizens of Superland and launched our very first Early Career Program for the next generation of commercial professionals. They have just “graduated” with great scores, and this makes me very proud.
In addition, we’ve delivered strong sales results and improved our customer satisfaction scores. This tells me that we keep delivering great value for our customers, and that they understand the importance of CRM in times of uncertainty.
2023: Next year we plan to expand our Early Career Program. We’ll also continue to deliver more value-adding services and strengthen our offering to the midsize market segment.
SuperOffice CRM is famous for being a very intuitive system for the individual user. But we are also capable of offering more advanced solutions to our customers. That’s why, we intend to increase our focus on the midsize segment, while continuing to deliver relevant business value to our existing and new customers.

Working in SuperOffice to develop a best-in-class CRM suite is a journey we have been on for many years now. Each year is filled with interesting, motivating and challenging tasks both in terms of new and improved functionality, as well as adopting new technologies. 2022 was no exception! Every 3rd week a new software update has reached our customers, and the list of improvements is extensive.
I’m also proud and happy that we were able to migrate our large customer base from the traditional on-premises delivery model into the state-of-the-art model in the cloud. I get a lot of feedback from our customers that they really appreciate our efforts to make their journey so smooth and cost-efficient. None of this could have been achieved without our dedicated, skilled developers. Having the opportunity to work with the development teams in SuperOffice is truly a privilege. Thank you, guys!
2023: Of course, we plan to improve all areas of our solution, but this year we intend to put special focus on the following: improving the user experience of our CRM software, introduce our newly build Service module, strengthen the marketing capabilities of our suite, and integrate even closer to the “office and collaboration platforms” available.
We will also revitalize our documentation and introduce new ways of inspiring and educating our users. In 2023, we plan to invest heavily in the cloud platform technologies, aiming to take advantage of the industry standards emerging in this field. We also see strong growth in the use of our development tools, which we’ll enhance to provide our customers with modern, sustainable solutions. It’s going to be a fabulous year both for the development team and our customers!

In 2022 we met all important deadlines with respect to reporting to our stakeholders (Board, Stock Exchange, Statutory Reporting, Auditor +++). Also, I am very proud of my team who have done a great job working on the subscription management system that is important for our further growth. From the financial point of view SuperOffice is solid – at the end of Q3 we enjoyed growth in both revenue and profit compared to 2021.
2023: I am optimistic about 2023, as I have a great team to rely on! In the second half of 2022, we welcomed two new team members, and now we are a stronger team to meet any challenges that 2023 might bring.
We have good people and good systems in place, and we are operating in a market that is growing. So, the success of the SuperOffice group depends entirely on our own efforts – and we’re going to do all we can to prosper!

In 2022, the R&D team continued to improve and expand our product portfolio. In fact, we have delivered 20 major features across our product portfolio! The ones with the highest profile being “Sales targets and dashboards”, “Configurable screens”, “SharePoint documents” and “Mobile CRM notifications”.
At the same time, we invested in developing and monitoring our Online CRM platform and core technology – to make sure we are prepared for future technology shifts and an increased number of customers. 2022 was also the year that our new team members in Vilnius became an integrated part of our SuperOffice R&D family!
2023: Our goal for 2023 is to continue this journey with the same enthusiasm and dedication in all areas of our solution! The three most profiled projects that we plan to focus on are: “New Request management”, “Improved diary, activities and notification” and “Marketing Automation flows”.
We also plan to hire more people to increase our ability to meet new demands from the market, and, by strengthening the Product Managers team, to become even more confident that we are doing the right things at the right time!

The team has done so much great work this year! We have made big progress in several areas. We welcomed our mascot Hugo back, launched a new visual direction of our brand, updated the website, published a ton of valuable content, improved our SEO rankings, merged our social media accounts into one, were named a CRM leader in the G2 Grid – to mention just a few. That’s plenty, I think.
2023: Next year is going to be an exciting one for SuperOffice Marketing team, as we have a lot of things planned! We intend to launch a brand-new messaging strategy, create even more unique content, improve the online buying experience for our customers, and better help our existing and future customers to achieve profitable growth.

One of my biggest achievements in 2022 was launching SuperOffice’s first Early Career Program and watching 5 aspiring account managers complete 4 months of intensive onboarding and training. They just delivered their final presentations, and it was amazing to see how much they have learned and grown in such a short period of time. I can’t wait to follow their careers at SuperOffice.
2023: There’s lots to do in 2023! We will start 2023 by creating and implementing an action plan based on the feedback we’d received in the employee engagement survey to improve in a few key areas and to maintain our key strengths.
I also plan to launch Teamtailor – an applicant tracking system, that will allow us to post all our jobs and process all candidates in one place, stay GDPR compliant, create talent pools, capture employee referrals, and give applicants an amazing candidate experience!
And many, many other plans. 🙌

The biggest achievement of the IT team at SuperOffice in 2022 was the continued process of moving all our systems and infrastructure management to the cloud! We also were constantly improving the system usability for our users, offered skilled support to both users and process owners, and monitored and improved our security setup.
2023: Our aspirations for 2023 is to continue to move our services to the cloud. We’re moving towards our final target – turn the server room into a wine bar. 😊
Of course, we will carry on improving the user adoption and the ease of use of our product, provide even better training, and improve the certification and quality of our services.
As you can see, it’s been quite a year – but there’s so much more to come! A big thank you to our customers, partners, employees and owners for a wonderful year.
