Lund, a seasoned technology leader, previously served as Managing Director of SuperOffice Danmark A/S from 2016 to 2022, where she played a central role in expanding the company’s market presence and advancing its commercial and customer success strategies.

Lund’s reappointment comes at a pivotal time. On 3 June 2025, SuperOffice’s majority owner, Axcel, closed a EUR 266 million continuation fund to support the company’s long-term growth. Building on this momentum, SuperOffice is doubling down on AI-powered CRM solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of small and medium-sized businesses across Europe.

Proven Track Record in Technology and Commercial Growth

With over 25 years of experience in enterprise software and strategic account management, Lund brings technological and commercial value-added expertise. During her previous tenure at SuperOffice, she helped the Danish operation achieve 100% growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) while keeping churn significantly low—through a blend of strategic customer acquisition, strong client partnerships and a clear focus on customer lifetime value.

Following her departure in 2022, Lund served as Commercial Director at Visma Enterprise Danmark, where she led the commercial strategy and execution across the entire market segment. Her prior roles at Cisco Systems and Dell Technologies/EMC further established her as a results-driven sales executive with a strong foundation in enterprise software and strategic account management.
