Are European business leaders still confident about growth as markets slow, and is AI delivering measurable results? At CHANGE 2026, SuperOffice will explore what separates companies turning customer insight and AI in growth from those still struggling to do so.

Oslo, Norway , 24 September 2026 – SuperOffice is bringing its flagship CRM tour, CHANGE 2026, to Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Eindhoven this autumn. The four-city series is expected to bring together more than 1,000 business leaders, technology experts and customers to explore how organisations can respond to slower growth, rising customer expectations and rapid advances in AI. The programme will feature product launches, customer perspectives and discussions about what comes next for AI in business.

A new survey conducted by SuperOffice amongst hundreds of European decision makers also shows that AI adoption is closely linked to a company’s underlying technology infrastructure.

SuperOffice will reveal a new generation of AI agents designed to bring AI directly into everyday sales, marketing and customer-facing workflows. Available 24/7, the always on agents helps find, clean and manage customer data, while keeping people in control through human approval.

In addition, SuperOffice has launched Reply Assist, which drafts service replies using data directly from the CRM in combination with customers' own data sources and is developing MCP Connect, which will make it possible to connect AI models such as ChatGPT and Claude directly to data in SuperOffice.

“Businesses across Europe are facing many of the same questions. How do we grow when markets are moving slower? How do we use AI in a way that creates genuine business value? And how do we make better use of the customer insight we already have? “, says Bjørn Røsten, CEO of SuperOffice.

At CHANGE, members of the press will have the opportunity to meet and interview:

  • Bjørn Røsten, CEO of SuperOffice – on the AI race, European technology and how Norwegian technology companies can compete internationally. Røsten took over as CEO in April after more than 30 years in Norwegian and international software and SaaS companies.
  • Thomas Rødseth, Chief Product & Technology Officer at SuperOffice – on AI agents, MCP, importance of data quality and how AI is being embedded directly into the workflows of European businesses.
  • Camilla Heidenreich Bommen, CCO of SuperOffice – on how AI and CRM are transforming the customer journey and commercial operations.
