SuperOffice, the European leader in CRM software, today announced the introduction of the new SuperOffice Quote Management module, enabling sales people to generate and send quotes in a new and much easier and faster way.

The announcement of the SuperOffice Quote Management module comes at the same time as the launch of SuperOffice’s latest version, SuperOffice 7.5. Gisle Jentoft, CEO, explains, “With SuperOffice 7.5 and the new Quote Management module, we take another large step forward in enabling our customers and users to perform better in their sales, marketing and customer service processes. “

Most sales people spend a lot of time writing proposals and seeking approvals. For every approval that is required, hours and sometimes days are added to the time it takes to get the quote to the customer. This negatively impacts cash flow, earnings and customer satisfaction.

Guttorm Nielsen, Chief Product Officer, says, “We’ve made the quotation process an integral part of the sales process with the SuperOffice Quote Management module. Without ever having to leave the SuperOffice Sales & Marketing, sales reps can pick products and prices, add discounts and get automated updates of amounts. Powerful easy-to-use features let them create alternative quotes and edit and update proposals throughout the entire sales process.  “

Like all SuperOffice software, customers can implement the module standalone with no links to their ERP solution. However, a lot of businesses do benefit from the data flow between CRM and ERP instead of keeping it in two places. Guttorm Nielsen explains, “We have developed a brand new integration server product that can integrate the information in a tight and controlled fashion. Together with our launch partners, and through qualified partner connectors, most of the leading European ERP solutions are covered.”

The ERP systems that are covered currently include Visma Business, Visma Global, Mamut, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics C5, Exact Online and e-conomic.
